Payment and delivery
On checkout, you can make a payment using all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe. North Pole Mail cannot view or store your payment information - the transaction will be securely processed by Stripe. You do not need to have a Stripe account.
We currently only offer our Santa letters within New Zealand. Standard delivery charge is $2.50 per letter.
When we have received your order, we begin creating your beautiful letters. Once they have been printed, finished and assembled by hand, all letters will be posted using NZ Post.
If you order multiple letters please note that orders placed on the same day will be dispatched at the same time. We cannot guarantee that all letters will arrive on the same day. If you have ordered letters for multiple people at the same address, please be aware that one letter may arrive sooner than another. If you wish for all of the letters to be given to the recipients at the same time, we suggest you attempt to intercept any early arrivals. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for letters arriving separately.
Our first posting date is 15 November, 2021.
Our last order date for New Zealand orders is 15 December 2021 to allow us time to print, assemble and post your order, in time for the NZ Post recommended last posting date. We suggest placing your order as soon possible to avoid disappointment and make one of the first mailing dates.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been posted. Please allow 5 working days from receiving confirmation of your order being posted, to receiving your letter(s).
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, as we are reliant on a third party (NZ Post) to deliver your letters, we cannot be held responsible for letters turning up late.
